Smaller orders under 5kg will be sent by Fast Post or NZ Parcel Post, with a nationwide target delivery time of 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Larger orders will be sent by Tacked Parcel Post or freight. Courier delivery is available for an extra charge. Fast Post is a specific N Z Post service and we expect that most addresses in New Zealand will receive orders of one or two photobooks the day after we dispatch them. Making the total time from when you "publish" (send) the files to us until receive your photobooks 6 - 8 days.

Large orders of 10 photobooks or more may take longer to complete depending on how busy we are at the time. We will contact you about this.
